Wise Mytech Pvt Ltd (WMPL) was promoted in 2022 by two Indian entrepreneurs. It entered a license agreement with United White Metal Limited to develop further on the core design of an opto-electronics device developed by United White Metal Limited (in technical assistance from an Israel based large R&D unit) and develop products that Wise Mytech deemed fit for marketing and sales in India.

WMPL have developed among other products a variant of the Opto Electronics device to preset an autonomous broadcast platform that could be activated on DIY basis at any location that enjoys minimum 4G footprint.

Besides, WMPL have also got a broadcast management and billing software platform. It potentially offers WMPL the ability to do unit wise based selective, time-sharing broadcast on demand of the advertiser at any location that meets the communications requirements. It also offers the prospect of running viewer analytics at user choice and cost.

WMPL have named the product as TARA.
